Visiting a local village within the Maasai Mara reserve we joined the women in a welcome dance and sang along with the village children. Despite our visit the village women and girls continued with their daily chores which included carrying firewood to keep the village fires burning.
The world is amassed with beautiful and wonderous subjects and I have always felt the fascination to capture them, In the past these places have played a secondary role as a backdrop to family travels. It is in the past couple of years that I have diplomatically refocused and brought these images to the foreground. There is nothing more satisfying than creating a work of art, from visulaizing it to the finished product.
